Brad Blankenship

Chief Executive Officer, Founder

Brad Blankenship is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in product lifecycle development, system architecture, and cloud hosting solutions. As the Founder and CEO of two successful startups, he has led innovations in K-12 educational software, scaling businesses to multi-million dollar revenues. With a background in executive leadership roles, including managing large-scale projects in student information systems and SaaS cloud-based solutions, Brad excels at driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and delivering customer satisfaction. His expertise spans technical leadership, system integration, and managing complex software deployments across diverse platforms.

Thomas Bertran

Senior Product Engineer, Co-Founder

Thomas Bertran is a seasoned software engineer with over 20 years of experience delivering scalable solutions across K-12 education, government, and startups. As a core developer at TITAN School Solutions, Thomas helped modernize nutrition systems used by districts nationwide. At California School Information Services (CSIS), he contributed to the development of critical financial and forecasting tools for California schools. Skilled in C#, ASP.NET, Angular, and SQL Server, Thomas combines deep technical expertise with a passion for creating software that makes a real difference in education. Thomas is further a co-inventor of two NLP patents.

Lou Chappuie

Chief Operating Officer

Lou Chappuie brings a strong track record in leadership and operational excellence within EdTech and SaaS. As SVP of Operations at TITAN School Solutions, he helped scale support to over 2,000 school districts. At MAXIMUS, he led large-scale SIS implementations for LAUSD and Puerto Rico DOE. Lou has also held executive roles at two innovative startups, including Boomi, a pioneer of Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), now serving over 20,000 customers globally. His experience spans growth strategy, enterprise implementation, and delivering results in complex educational and technology environments.

Paul Conklin

Vice President of Sales

Paul Conklin is an accomplished EdTech sales leader with deep expertise in K-12 SaaS solutions. Paul has held senior roles at top education technology companies including TITAN School Solutions, Achieve3000, and McGraw-Hill Education, where he drove national growth strategies, built high-impact sales teams, and led market expansion. At TITAN, he spearheaded a go-to-market strategy that expanded the client base from 150 to over 700 school districts across 47 states. At McGraw-Hill, he generated over $100 million annually while leading teams across 13 states. Paul combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, driving innovation in digital learning platforms and district-wide adoption.

Lynn Heatherly

Director of Product

Lynn Heatherly brings decades of experience in K-12 education, having progressed from a classroom teacher to an executive in education technology. Lynn played a crucial role in driving technology adoption and the development of a student information system (SIS) at Aeries Software, resulting in the successful addition of 160 districts across the U.S. Earlier, at the Texas Education Service Center, Region 20, Lynn oversaw critical technology initiatives and product management, making a lasting impact on education technology statewide. Her career reflects a profound commitment to improving K-12 systems through innovative software solutions.

Camden Iliff

Vice President of Engineering

Cam Iliff brings 26 years of K-12 experience, with a distinguished career leading the development and deployment of next-generation student information systems (SIS) at Aeries Software. As a key executive figure in engineering, he managed all aspects of SIS development, focusing on the complex requirements of California school districts. Cam has been instrumental in deploying SIS solutions at over 400 districts and has maintained an active leadership role in CSIS and CALPADS Advisory Groups for nearly two decades, shaping the evolution of student data systems in California.

Glen Kim

Chief Financial Officer

Glen Kim brings 20 years of expertise in corporate finance, IPOs, equity and debt financing, financial planning, and post-merger integration. As CFO of TITAN School Solutions, he secured $5.2M in Series A funding, led strategic growth initiatives, and guided the company through its successful acquisition by LINQ. Glen also established key financial reporting and governance practices. His broad industry experience spans enterprise software, SaaS, digital media, marketing solutions, and consumer packaged goods, making him a versatile and strategic financial leader.

Carol Weekly

Vice President of Services

Carol Weekly brings over 22 years of experience in K–12 education, specializing in software implementation and school nutrition. As VP of Services at EMS LINQ and TITAN School Solutions, she led successful rollouts in 1,000+ districts, including Wichita, Boston, and Albuquerque Public Schools, managing a team of 23 professionals. Prior to her EdTech leadership roles, Carol served as Nutrition Director at Queen Creek USD and District Food Service Manager at Creighton ESD. She’s also held key roles in the Arizona School Nutrition Association, including President and Public Policy Chair, where she championed policies to improve school nutrition statewide.
